Nadine has been practicing as a reflexologist for over 20 years, having qualified at the Maureen Burgess School of Reflexology in 1993. During the early years of her reflexology career, she had the pleasure of working as a tutor along side her mentor Maureen Burgess. She is delighted to return to the school from time to time to share her expertise with the current students.
Nadine has gained a wealth of experience over the years helping people of all ages to enhance their emotional and physical wellbeing. She works in all areas of wellbeing for both men and women, including supporting pregnant women through all the different stages of pregnancy.
Nadine has experience of working with people experiencing stress, low mood and anxiety. Having worked at The Recovery Centre in London along side Psychotherapists, Psychiatrists and other holistic practitioners, she has noted how beneficial reflexology can be as a Complementary therapy for people, including adolescents, going through particularly difficult times.
Nadine continues to build on her knowledge by regularly attending courses that will enhance her practice.
She has studied hypnotherapy and wishes to do specialist training in hypnobirthing.
Aside from her work as a holistic therapist, Nadine is a mother to her gorgeous shape shifting teenage son. She finds drawing to be a form of meditation and painting as a way to celebrate colour.
She is a big fan of 5 Rhythms dance, which is a form of meditation through movement.
